ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started. it can no longer be cancelled.
REFUNDS
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all our products when given a review and appropriate look at the case. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF:
Your order does not arrive due to factors of your control (e.g providing the wrong shipping address)
You can submit refund request within 5 days after receiving.
RETURNS
We offer a 5 day returns period on goods once received.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back. If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you out!
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping cost.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
